Tired? Blame your smartphone.

No surprise here, yet another study has found that your beloved smartphone may be ruining your sleep. People who used their mobile devices around bedtime, had a harder time falling asleep. Bedtime phone users also reported worse sleep quality during the night. The study was done by the University of California at San Franciso and published Wednesday in the journal PLOS One. Do you bring your smartpone to bed? I read on it until I fall asleep. No wonder I am so tired! CJ
