One of the lasting legacies of Expo 67, the curious-looking pile of cubes that is Habitat 67, never ceases to intrigue. It’s easily one of Montreal’s most distinctive buildings, and each time one of its condo units is put up for sale, it attracts massive attention not only from potential buyers, but also from the general public.
But few people know that you can actually take a guided tour of this architectural curiosity! Each year, tours are offered between May 1st and October 31. Each 90-minute tour (available in English or French) brings visitors through the various walkways and common areas, and includes a visit of one of the 146 units. Finally, visitors are brought up to the suspended terraces, where incredible views of Montreal can be enjoyed.
