Located just outside historic and beautiful Quebec City, the world-famous Hôtel de Glace offers the perfect occasion to visit Quebec and its surroundings. It’s also a unique way to spend the night. This hotel is, of course, only open for a few months each year. This year, they plan to be open January 4 to March 25. The Hôtel de Glace is located at 1860, Valcartier blvd, Valcartier, Quebec, G0A 4S0.
If you’re short on time for a road trip, why not attend Montreal’s Igloofest? Each year, the Old Port is transformed into a giant icy dance floor as world-renowned DJs help festival-goers dance the cold away with their enthralling EDM music. And, of course, the event is complete with ice bars, ice sculptures and fire pits for added warmth (outside the dance floor, of course).
This year’s festival is happening from January 18 to February 3rd, 2018.
