If meteorological conditions hold steady, Montreal may see its first snowfall of the season as early as Saturday night or Sunday, under the form of wet snow that will likely make roads a mess, but will quickly melt away with ambient temperatures expected to be around 4°C-6°C.

As is often the case, different forecasts disagree slightly on what to expect this weekend, so it’s best to prepare for a bit of everything. It could be sweater weather, but it’s advisable to have a jacket, hat and gloves nearby!

As always at this time of year, a scarf may also be the one thing that makes a difference between you getting sick or not… So wear one!

Environment Canada predicts a cloudy rain, with wet snow arriving Saturday night and Sunday, turning to rain overnight and into Monday. Cloudy on Monday, with 8°C ambient temperatures.
