The actress fought off competition from the likes of Sandra Bullock, Anne Hathaway, Lily James and Bryce Dallas Howard to win the Female Movie Star of 2018 accolade at the ceremony, which took place at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California.
Scarlett decided to make a statement with her outfit, ditching a Hollywood gown in favor of an edgy jumpsuit. The Versace piece consisted of a red and black chequered bustier top and slim black trousers, which were jazzed up by zip detailing and a chunky waist-belt. The Avengers: Infinity War star added to the cool aesthetic with bold eyeliner flicks and oversized dangly earrings.
Despite having to flee their homes because of the California wildfires, the Kardashian-Jenner clan also attended the event. They looked typically glamorous as they collected the Reality Show of 2018 award for Keeping Up With the Kardashians, with Kourtney Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Kendall Jenner all opting for sultry black outfits with sheer, satin and lace detailing, while Khloe Kardashian sported a contrasting look in a classic strapless white gown. And Kim Kardashian ensured she stood out from the pack in a sheer bodysuit decorated with an on-trend zebra print - a vintage garment by Jean Paul Gaultier.
Rita Ora looked equally gorgeous in a backless Versace gown, with added sex appeal thanks to a thigh-high split and matching lilac boots adorned with a gold applique design.
Victoria Beckham, winner of the Fashion Icon award, also attended the bash wearing a silky white two-piece suit from her eponymous fashion label, as did Mila Kunis, who looked understated and elegant in a simple little black dress by Alex Perry and a glittering pair of Christian Louboutin shoes.
