It’s also Canada’s BIGGEST New Year’s Eve celebration. This year, our most exciting young local musicians are performing at the event, and there will be fireworks as well. The party kicks off at 7:00 pm on Quai Jacques-Cartier in Montreal’s Old Port with a DJ set and various animations. The main event starts at 10:00 pm and will be hosted by promising young Moroccan-Canadian comedian NEEV.
The Jacques-Cartier Bridge will show off its full potential with a spectacular illumination for the occasion, and there will be fireworks after the countdown at midnight.

Public Transit
As with previous years, the STM’s metro system will be open all night between December 31st and January 1! That means more options to get home safely after the party! And with new rules in effect around impaired driving in Canada, there’s no excuse to drink and drive.
