Freezing Rain WARNING in effect

Freezing rain has hit Montreal early this morning as of 3AM and will continue till midday, then change to rain for a total of 1 – 3 millimeters.

Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots will be very slippery, so please take precautions while walking.
