Montrealers, prepare for some typical arctic weather heading our way over the weekend. Starting tomorrow (Fri., Jan. 11) temperatures will drop to a high (yes, a HIGH) of -14°C. Cold weather will stick around well into next week, only warming slightly on Tuesday (high -8°C).
The good news is, this frigid cold will be accompanied by beautiful sunny weather, as is so often the case this year - with few or no clouds, the weather should be perfect for winter sports like ice skating and skiing.
Still, many will prefer to stick to the warmth of the indoors…
