But now, research has shown that women who want to achieve LONGEVITY should probably limit their exercise to just ONE HOUR a day! A study that looked at 8000 people over the age of 60 found that women who exercised up to an hour a day were more likely to reach their 90th birthday. Any more than that and exercise became harmful to women’s health.
For men, however, the researchers found that the more exercise they got, the better.
But more important than exercise, the researchers found that WEIGHT was the #1 factor in women’s longevity. They found that women who are able to maintain the same weight as in their 20s were much more likely to live to the age of 90. Men don’t get the same benefits from keeping their weight down, the researchers found.
