La Ronde has released the official schedule for the 2019 edition of the International des Feux Loto-Québec! Every year, this international fireworks lights up the skies above La Ronde, several nights from June 29 through July 27. The spectacle can be seen from afar. It’s a great summer evening activity for all ages, so make sure to put these dates in YOUR calendar!
The year 2019 marks the 35th anniversary of the fireworks competition, La Ronde said in a release.
La Ronde is proud to be the host of the world’s leading fireworks competition, often referred to the Olympic Games of Fireworks.
The 2019 season opens with an homage to the best music from 1985 – the year the fireworks started.
As is the case every year, the organizers are looking for 19 people to form a popular jury to decide who will win this year’s fireworks competition. Jury members will attend each fireworks display and decide which country will win the 2019 Gold Jupiter – the industry’s most prestigious award. Interested candidates must apply via laronde.com before May 31st.
