Protesters from Extinction Rebellion Québec climbed Montreal's Jacques-Cartier Bridge this morning. Police have closed the bridge as of 7AM in both directions. Firefighters are also at the scene trying to get the protesters down.

Protesters from Extinction Rebellion Québec are protesting to bring urgent action on the climate change emergency and ongoing political action is necessary to meet its goals.
