According to ScienceOfRelationships.com who surveyed over 1,000 adults both men and women have come to a conclusion that 70% believe Valentine's Day should be planned together as a couple. 27% believe it is the man's job to plan Valentine's Day and 2% believe that it should be the women's job to plan Valentine's Day.
