Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announces that the federal government will spend $192 million dollars, for development and production of vaccines and treatments for COVID-19. The money is for Canadian research, life-science companies and educational bodies across the country.
Trudeau also implemented $5 billion in lending capacity to support the farmers and agricultural food businesses that are facing financial impacts.
Trudeau also continued to say how it is important to respect the social distancing measures.
