The Premier of Quebec, François Legault, began his press conference by telling Quebecers that he understood their concerns.

 

I understand that some Quebecers are stressed. It's normal. We don't usually have children at home. Seniors have no visitors. Entrepreneurs wonder what will happen to what they have built. We will take care of these problems. It's normal, I understand you

As of today  there are 1,013 cases of people infected with COVID-19, an increase of 385 cases since yesterday.
67 people are hospitalized, an increase of 22 people since yesterday.
31 people are in intensive care, an increase of 11 cases; and a total of 4 deaths.  2,500 people await their test results and 12,200 received a negative result.
