Canada is looking at testing wastewater as an early warning system for a second wave of COVID-19

Seeing as most people pass along the virus without even knowing they have it, testing large portions of the population is key to detecting any new spread

Several other countries are testing wastewater for COVID 19 flare-ups, but  As for creating an actual national sewage surveillance system in Canada, public health officials are showing an interest but we're not quite there yet.
