Montreal’s public health director and the regional coordinator for emergency measures made the announcement yesterday, to help deal with the heat wave the city of Montreal wants the splash pads open (asap).
Some boroughs like, Rivière-des-Prairies didn’t hesitate and opened their splash pads at of 4 p.m. on yesterday.
