At its peak, 110,000 Hydro-Québec customers were the dark, most of them in the laurentians, the south shore and here in Montreal. Yesterday evening that number was down to just over 11 thousand, this morning Montrealers have power, but there are still about 16 hundred Quebecers in the dark in (Outaouais, Lanaudiere and laurentians).
