“Mommy brain” is a real thing. Kids make women foggy. It starts before they are born. Expectant moms perform worse on tests of spatial memory (the kind that stores where you parked your car or put your keys.)

What about after the bundle of joy arrives? Doesn’t get any better. The cause? Usually, sleep deprivation and multi-tasking. The solution? Moms should take a nap and do only one thing at a time.
