Montreal’s Royal Victoria Hospital is getting ready for the possible second wave of COVID-19 and it’s reopening as homeless shelter.

Adding 150 new beds to an already taxed system, it will provide a place for people to sleep in a socially distanced way and hopefully keep the spread of COVID-19 down.

The building is also big enough to divide into different zones that will let them provide more services and deal with any COVID-19 breaks outs.
