Is it a good thing to have a partner that is considered boring?

Some say that boredom in a relationship is a good thing, including celebrity Miley Cyrus who has announced that the next man she dates will be a BORING man.

"I usually end up complaining they're boring, but that's what I need. I need boring," said Miley Cyrus "... I definitely, definitely need a calming, I need an anchor, I need a weight."
