If we get that second COVID-19 wave, Quebec will not be shutting down daycare network like it did in the spring

The Families Minister called the daycares a “less important vector of transmission” and the risk to keeping them open “very low.”  - out of thousands of Quebec daycares, only 123 COVID-19 cases have been reported since March, only 57 of them involved children

The union and daycare educators say they agree and feel prepared to stay open.
