Case numbers are up in Montreal and the public health director is warning that if things don’t change, the city could end up at level two of Quebec's new regional alert system as early as next week …

We are headed for the yellow or “early warning" stage of Quebec's plan and, no, the schools and people back to work are not the cause of the rise.

The public health director says the city's recent cases of COVID-19 have been traced back to private events like parties, dinners, weddings, social activities and even carpooling – She also says we need to be more vigilant because these are the cases that get brought into to schools and long-term care homes.
