Every now and then we come by that one song that becomes the biggest hit of the year and you can’t go without hearing it play in stores, bars, offices, etc. You know, the “Ice Ice Baby” kind of tunes…

These artists quickly grow to a whole new level of fame for that one body of work that quickly becomes a part of their identity. We can only imagine the amount of times The Del Rios have been asked to do the “Macarena” in public.

But, what about the artists that have come out with #1 hits within the last decade? Can they still make a comeback or will they fall under the One Hit Wonder Top 100 List? Who’s to say, really.

It’s complicated business when labeling artists as One Hit Wonders, as many fans will point out. While some may go completely silent after their great success, others will take time before they release new music to keep up with their artistic authenticity. Which quite honestly, is highly respectable.

While it may be too soon to tell whether these artists will be making their return to music or retiring from the industry, we still have their songs listed in our “Most Played” on Spotify.

Here are just some of our favorites:

"Let Her Go" - Passenger
"7 Years" - Lukas Graham
"Waves" - Mr Probz
"Somebody That I Used to Know" - Gotye featuring Kimbra
"Shut Up and Dance" - Walk the Moon
