Big things are happening with the Montreal Canadiens… And we couldn’t be more inspired!

Earlier this week, women’s ice hockey player Marie-Philip Poulin was officially signed as a player development consultant for Montreal’s NHL hockey team.

The 31-year-old will be taking on the role part-time as she continues to pursue her personal passions for playing hockey for the Canadian national team as captain.

According to CTV News, “Poulin will work in conjunction with director of player development Rob Ramage and director of hockey development Adam Nicholas. Her responsibilities will include joining Canadiens players on the ice and in video sessions to help develop individual skills.”

Poulin shared in a press conference that she is looking forward to sharing her skills from women’s hockey with the team, and vice versa.

This is a major win for the Montreal Canadiens, and we are so excited to see what’s next to come.
