Do you binge-watch television obsessively? A new survey has found that this unhealthy habit could be a daily reality for as many as 88% of U.S. adults.
The survey, conducted by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM), found that sleep was the second most important priority in people’s lives, following family… Yet 88% of the 2,003 people surveyed admitted to forgoing sleep to watch multiple episodes of a television series.
That number jumped to 95% among 18-44-year-olds in the AASM’s survey.
