In the new book titled Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family, authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand claim that things went south in Prince Harry and Prince William’s relationship when William tried to give his brother was some well-intended advice about his then-girlfriend Meghan.

According to a new book, Prince William "wanted to make sure Harry wasn’t blindsided by lust."

The news got The Morning Show hosts thinking about when— if ever— is it appropriate to offer your friends or family advice on their love life if they didn't ask?

We’ve all been there: A friend or family member is dating someone new, and we are not sure if we trust the person. Or maybe we see a problem that we think they aren't fully aware of, and we want to draw it to their attention before it's too late. Despite our good intentions, though, our advice may not be welcome, nor may it be very helpful.
