Despite the construction holiday being in full swing, infrastructure projects in and around Montreal are still ongoing. As such, this weekend some roads will be closed for construction and special events. See the main road closures below, and plan ahead for your movements this weekend!

Jacques-Cartier Bridge will be closed Saturday evening starting at 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. to allow pedestrian access to the bridge for the fireworks at La Ronde.
Victoria Bridge will be ONE WAY Saturday and Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., in the SOUTH SHORE direction.
The bridge will be ONE WAY Monday July 30, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., in the MONTREAL direction.
Highway 15-S will be CLOSED between Turcot and Nun’s Island between 10 p.m. Friday and 5 a.m. Monday. Motorists wanting to take the Champlain from Montreal will need to get onto the highway from Nun’s Island.
Several ramps on and around the Turcot interchange will be closed. Most notable, the Girouard entrance to 15-S is being permanently closed.
In addition, the R-136 to 20-W ramp will be closed from 11:59 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday. The 20-E to 15-S ramp will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday. Exit 63 from 15-N ill be closed from 11 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday. Finally, the De la Vérendrye entrance towards 20-W will be closed from 11 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
As has been the case often this summer, the section of Notre-Dame which passes under the Turcot ramps will be closed all weekend, from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
