Hydro-Quebec is reporting nearly 300 service interruptions in Lanaudière, the Laurentians and Laval, in addition to isolated interruptions in Montreal and Montérégie. In total, well over 200,000 clients have no electricity at the moment, and manmy of those have no reliable timeline before the power comes back on.
