1. PARTICIPATION RULES

The contest "Win a L'Oréal products gift basket worth $200!" (the "Contest") is organized by Cogeco Media Inc. ("Cogeco") and L'Oréal (collectively the "Organizer"). It begins on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. (EDT) and ends on Thursay, April 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. (EDT). All mentions of time in these rules refer to Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to any person residing in Quebec aged eighteen (18) years or older, with the exception of employees, agents, and/or representatives of the Organizer or its affiliates, advertising agencies, and stakeholders related to the Contest, as well as, respectively, any person with whom such employee, agent, and/or representative is domiciled or any member of their immediate family. For the purposes of these participation rules, "immediate family" means father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, husband and wife or common-law partner, brother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, or sister-in-law of such employee, agent, and/or representative.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To have a chance to win, you must:

Listen to "Drive Home with Cat and Meghan," on-air at The Beat 92.5 between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (EST) from Monday, April 13, 2026, to Thursday, April 16, 2026, and wait for the host's signal to contact the station for a chance to win.

4. VERIFICATION

All entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require proof of identity or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Organizer, including official photo ID): (i) to confirm an individual's eligibility to participate in the Contest, (ii) to confirm the eligibility or legitimacy of an entry (or alleged entry) in the Contest, or (iii) for any other reason the Organizer deems necessary at its sole discretion to administer the Contest in accordance with these rules. Failure to provide such proof to the full satisfaction of the Organizer, within the period indicated by the latter, could lead to disqualification, at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The server(s) hosting the Station's Website for the Contest constitute the sole means of determining the date and time for the purposes of the Contest.

5. PRIZE

Four (4) gift baskets, with a value of two hundred ($200) Canadian dollars each (the "Prize"). The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace the Prize or not with another of comparable value if it cannot be awarded to the Winner as described herein for any reason whatsoever.

6. DRAW

The designation of the Winner will be carried out as follows:

6.1 From the entries received, Cogeco will conduct four (4) random draws to determine the four (4) winners entitled to a Prize (collectively the "Prize Winner"). The draws will take place at a rate of one (1) draw per day during the "Drive Home with Cat and Meghan" show from Monday, April 13, 2026, until Thursday, April 16, 2026, inclusive, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (EDT), at the Station's office located at 800 de la Gauchetière W, Suite 1100 in Montreal.

7. PRIZE REPLACEMENT AND CONTEST MODIFICATION

The Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred without the prior written consent of the Organizer, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part for cash. In the event that, for reasons beyond its control and unrelated to the Winner, the Organizer cannot award the Prize as described in these rules, the Organizer reserves the right to award a substitute prize.

The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend this Contest (or to modify these rules) in any way, in the event of a cause beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer that would interfere with the proper conduct of the Contest as envisioned by these rules, including, notably, an error, a technical problem, a computer virus, a bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or a technical failure of any kind.

The decisions of the Organizer regarding all aspects of the Contest are binding on all participants and are final and without appeal, including, among others, any decision relating to the eligibility and disqualification of an entry or a participant.

8. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRY FORMS

All Contest Entry Forms become the property of the Organizer, the sponsors, and their respective advertising or promotional agencies.

9. CONSENT REGARDING THE USE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATION

By participating in the Contest, each registered participant, including the Winner, consents to the use of their name, the name of their city of residence, their photograph, their voice, their image, as well as any aspect of their person for advertising and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media used by the Organizer, the sponsors, and their respective advertising agencies, and this, without any form of remuneration, payment, or compensation.

10. CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

10.1 By participating in the Contest and voluntarily providing personal information including, but not limited to, name, address, city of residence, email address, home and work telephone numbers (the "Personal Information"), each Contest participant gives permission to the Organizer and sponsors to collect and use the Personal Information for the sole purpose of administering the Contest and selecting the Prize Winner and this in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy (available at: https://www.cogecomedia.com/vie-privee). No communication will be established between the Organizer, the sponsors, and the Contest participants outside of the Contest. This section does not limit other consents that a person may provide to the Organizer or other parties relating to the collection, use, or disclosure of their personal information.

10.2 Winners will have their personal information including, but not limited to, name, address, city of residence, email address, home and work telephone numbers (the "Personal Information") shared with the Organizer in order to book treatments under their name and to receive 2026 holiday offers.

11. COMPLIANCE WITH CONTEST TERMS AND OPERATION

Any Entry Form or registration attempt using electronic, computer, or other means contrary to the spirit of the Contest (e.g., computer hacking, mass emailing, etc.) will be automatically rejected and could be referred to the competent judicial authorities. Any automated Entry Form will be detected and rejected.

12. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS

All Contest participants agree to comply with the Contest rules, which are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Organizer and sponsors. The applicable law is that of Quebec.

13. PARTICIPATION IN ANOTHER COGECO CONTEST

The Winner may not participate in another contest held on the Station's airwaves for a period of thirty (30) days following the date of the draw where they were designated the Winner.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

To be declared the Winner, the participant whose Entry Form was selected during the draw for the Prize must comply with the participation and eligibility conditions provided in these rules. Failing to comply with one or more of these conditions, they will be automatically disqualified and another draw will take place to determine a new Winner.

Cogeco will notify the Winner by telephone and/or email. In the event that Cogeco is unable to contact any person selected during one or more of the draws for any reason whatsoever within forty-eight (48) hours following the draw, the Organizer reserves the right to proceed with as many new draws as necessary among the Entry Forms to award the Prize.

In order to claim their Prize, the Winner must complete and sign a declaration and release of liability form (the "Form") which will be sent to them by email and/or handed over at the Station's offices located at 800 de la Gauchetière Ouest, Suite 1100 Cogeco Media, Montreal, Quebec, H5A 1M1. Failing to return the signed Form by email or to deliver it to the Station's office by May 13, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (EDT) at the latest, the Organizer reserves the right to proceed with a new draw to award the Prize.

Cogeco will inform the Winner by email and/or by mail and/or by telephone and/or by messenger of the details relating to the transmission of the Prize.

In the event that the Winner has not claimed the Prize at the Station's office by May 13, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (EDT) at the latest, the Organizer reserves the right to proceed with a new draw to award the Prize.

The Organizer, its companies and divisions and any other legal entity in its corporate group, affiliated cable distributors, advertising or promotion agencies and respectively its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents, as well as any other stakeholder related to the Contest (the "Releasees") release themselves from all liability relating to the Prize and the Contest and provide no warranty with respect to them.

Before, during, and after the Contest, the Organizer will not assume any responsibility of any kind in all cases where its inability to act results from a fact or situation beyond its control or a strike, lock-out, or any other labor dispute in its establishments or in the establishments of the organizations or companies whose services are used for the holding of the Contest or any fact or situation resulting from the Winner or their companion.

The Releasees will assume no responsibility for incomplete or incomprehensible contact information from Contest participants. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any Entry Form that is incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or contains a human or mechanical error and to proceed with the draw of another Entry Form.

The Releasees will assume no responsibility for any problem including, but not limited to: a technical failure of networks or telephone lines, online computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or any other problem resulting directly or indirectly from a virus, a computer worm, a bug, or a failure when sending emails to Cogeco for any reason, including, but not limited to, congestion on the Internet or on a Website or a combination of both. Cogeco and the other Releasees cannot be held responsible for any damage that could affect the computer equipment of participants following their registration for the Contest. The Releasees cannot be held responsible for any damage or problem that could be caused by a signal interruption or by a technical failure regarding the broadcast and/or reception of the Station's signal. Cogeco and the other Releasees will assume no responsibility for any other problem that could interfere with the proper functioning of the Contest in accordance with the rules established herein, including, but not restricted to the generality of the foregoing, the cancellation or postponement of on-air promotions for said Contest.

The Releasees will assume no responsibility for any loss, delay in delivery, address error in the transmission of the Prize, or the inability of the Winner to take possession of the Prize.

The Releasees will assume no responsibility if the Winner has not taken note, within the required time, of any correspondence sent to communicate details regarding the taking possession of the Prize. It is the responsibility of the Winner to check if they have received communication from the Organizer and to take possession of the Prize within the required timeframe.

Any attempt to intentionally damage a website or to interfere with the legitimate conduct of the Contest in any way (as determined by the Organizer, at its sole and absolute discretion) constitutes a violation of criminal and civil laws. In such a case, the Organizer reserves the right to seek damages to the extent permitted by law. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or interrupt the Contest or to modify its rules, in the event of any accident or any printing or administrative error, or other error of any kind, without notice or obligation. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to administer another skill test that it deems appropriate depending on the circumstances or to comply with applicable laws.

The name of any Contest Winner will be available from April 20, 2026, to April 23, 2026, Monday to Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the Station's offices at 800 de la Gauchetière Ouest, Suite 1100 Cogeco Media, Montreal, Quebec, H5A 1M1.

In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the clauses of the English version of these rules and the disclosures or other statements contained in any material related to the Contest, including, without restriction: the Entry Form, the Website, the French version of these rules, or point-of-sale, television, print, or online advertising, the clauses of the French language rules shall prevail and take precedence to the full extent permitted by applicable laws.

RÈGLEMENT DE PARTICIPATION

1. Le concours « Gagnez une panier de produits L'Oréal d'une valeur de 200$!!» (le « Concours ») est organisé par Cogeco Média Inc. (« Cogeco ») et L'Oréal (collectivement l’« Organisateur »). Il débute le lundi 13 avril 2026 à 15h00 (HAE) et se termine le jeudi 16 avril 2026 à 18h00 (HAE). Toute mention au présent règlement relative à l’heure fait référence à l’heure avancée de l’est (HAE).

2. ADMISSIBILITÉ

Le Concours s’adresse à toute personne résidant au Québec âgée de dix-huit (18) ans ou plus, à l’exception des employés, agents et/ou représentants de l’Organisateur ou des sociétés affiliées, agences de publicité et des intervenants reliés au Concours, ainsi que, respectivement, de toute personne avec lesquelles tel employé, agent et/ou représentant est domicilié ou tout membre de sa famille immédiate. Pour les fins du présent règlement de participation, la « famille immédiate » s’entend des père, mère, frères, sœurs, enfants, mari et femme ou conjoint de fait, beau-frère, beau-fils, belle-fille ou belle-sœur d’un tel employé, agent et/ou représentant.

3. COMMENT PARTICIPER

1. Écouter « Drive Home with Cat and Meghan », en ondes à The Beat 92.5 entre 15h00 et 18h00 (HNE) du lundi 13 avril 2026 au jeudi 16 avril 2026 et attendez le signal de l’animateur pour contacter la station et avoir une chance de gagner.

2. Aucun achat requis.

4. VÉRIFICATION

Toutes les participations sont susceptibles d’être vérifiées à tout moment et pour tout motif. L’Organisateur se réserve le droit, à son entière discrétion, d’exiger une preuve d’identité ou d’admissibilité (sous une forme acceptable pour l’Organisateur, notamment une pièce d’identité officielle avec photo) : (i) afin de confirmer l’admissibilité d’une personne à participer au Concours, (ii) afin de confirmer l’admissibilité ou la légitimité d’une inscription (ou inscription présumée) au Concours, ou (iii) pour toute autre raison selon ce que l’Organisateur juge nécessaire à son entière discrétion pour administrer le Concours conformément au présent règlement. Le défaut de fournir une telle preuve à l’entière satisfaction de l’Organisateur, dans le délai indiqué par celui-ci, pourrait entraîner la disqualification, à l’entière discrétion de l’Organisateur. Le ou les serveurs qui hébergent le Site Internet de la Station pour le Concours, constituent l’unique moyen de déterminer la date et l’heure aux fins du Concours.

5. PRIX

1. Quatre (4) paniers cadeaux, d'une valeur de deux-cent (200$) dollars canadien chacune (le «Prix»).

4. L’Organisateur se réserve le droit, à son entière discrétion, de remplacer ou non le Prix par un autre de valeur comparable s’il ne pouvait pas être attribué au Gagnant tel que décrit aux présentes pour toute raison que ce soit.

6. TIRAGE

La désignation du Gagnant s’effectuera de la façon suivante :

6.1 Parmi les participations reçues, Cogeco procédera à quatre (4) tirages au sort afin de déterminer les quatre (4) gagnants se méritant un Prix (collectivement le « Gagnant du Prix »). Les tirages au sort auront lieu à raison d’un (1) tirage par jour dans l’émission «Drive Home with Cat and Meghan» à partir du lundi 13 avril 2026 jusqu’au jeudi 16 avril 2026 inclusivement, entre 15h00 et 18h00 (HAE), au bureau de la Station situé au 800 de la gauchetière O, bureau 1100 à Montréal.

7. REMPLACEMENT DU PRIX ET MODIFICATION AU CONCOURS

1. Le Prix doit être accepté tel que décerné et ne pourra être transféré sans l’accord préalable écrit de l’Organisateur, substitué à un autre prix ou échangé en tout ou en partie contre de l’argent. Dans l’éventualité où, pour des raisons hors de son contrôle et non reliées au Gagnant, l’Organisateur ne pourrait attribuer le Prix tel que décrit au présent règlement, l’Organisateur se réserve le droit d’attribuer un prix de substitution.

2. L’Organisateur se réserve le droit, de retirer, de modifier ou suspendre le présent Concours (ou de modifier le présente règlement) de quelque façon que ce soit, dans l’éventualité d’une cause indépendante de la volonté raisonnable de l’Organisateur qui nuirait au bon déroulement du Concours comme envisagé par le présent règlement, y compris, notamment, une erreur, un problème technique, un virus informatique, un bogue, une altération, une intervention non autorisée, la fraude ou une défaillance technique, de quelque nature que ce soit.

3. Les décisions de l’Organisateur touchant la totalité des aspects du Concours lient tous les participants et sont définitives et sans appel, y compris, entre autres, toute décision relative à l’admissibilité et à la disqualification d’une inscription ou d’un participant.

8. PROPRIÉTÉ DES BULLETINS DE PARTICIPATION

Tous les Bulletins de participation au Concours deviennent la propriété de l’Organisateur, des commanditaires ainsi que de leurs agences publicitaires ou promotionnelles respectives.

9. CONSENTEMENT RELATIF À L’UTILISATION DE LA REPRÉSENTATION DE LA PERSONNE

En participant au Concours, chaque participant inscrit, y compris le Gagnant, consent à l’utilisation de son nom, du nom de sa ville de résidence, de sa photographie, de sa voix, de son image ainsi que de tout aspect de sa personne à des fins publicitaires et de programmation, commerciales ou autres, dans tous les médias utilisés par l’Organisateur, les commanditaires ainsi que leurs agences publicitaires respectives, et cela, sans aucune forme de rémunération, de paiement ou d’indemnisation.

10. CONSENTEMENT À LA COLLECTE ET À L’UTILISATION DE RENSEIGNEMENTS PERSONNELS

10.1 En participant au Concours et en fournissant de plein gré des renseignements personnels comprenant, sans s’y limiter, le nom, l’adresse, la ville de résidence, l’adresse de courrier électronique, les numéros de téléphone à domicile et au travail (les « Informations personnelles »), chaque participant au Concours donne la permission à l’Organisateur et aux commanditaires de collecter et d'utiliser les Informations personnelles aux seules fins d’administrer le Concours et de sélectionner le Gagnant du Prix et ce conformément à la politique de confidentialité de l’Organisateur (disponible à l’adresse :https://www.cogecomedia.com/vie-privee). Aucune communication ne sera établie entre l’Organisateur, les commanditaires et les participants au Concours en dehors du Concours. La présente section ne limite pas les autres consentements qu’une personne peut fournir à l’Organisateur ou à d’autres parties relatives à la collecte, l’utilisation ou la divulgation de ses renseignements personnels.

10.2 Les gagnants auront leurs renseignements personnels comprenant, sans s’y limiter, le nom, l’adresse, la ville de résidence, l’adresse de courrier électronique, les numéros de téléphone à domicile et au travail (les « Informations personnelles ») partagé avec l’Organisateur afin de réserver les soins sous leur nom et de recevoir les offres des fêtes 2026.

11. RESPECT DES MODALITÉS ET DU FONCTIONNEMENT DU CONCOURS

Tout Bulletin de participation ou tentative d’inscription utilisant un moyen électronique, informatique ou autre contraire à l’esprit du Concours (ex : piratage informatique, envoi massif de courriels, etc.) sera automatiquement rejeté et pourrait être référé aux autorités judiciaires compétentes. Tout Bulletin de participation automatisé sera repéré et rejeté.

12. CONFORMITÉ AUX LOIS EN VIGUEUR

Tous les participants au Concours acceptent de se conformer au règlement du Concours, qui est sujet à modification à la seule discrétion de l’Organisateur et des commanditaires. La Loi applicable est celle du Québec.

13. PARTICIPATION À UN AUTRE CONCOURS COGECO

Le Gagnant ne pourra pas participer à un autre concours tenu sur les ondes de la Station et ce, pour une durée de trente (30) jours suivant la date du tirage où il a été désigné Gagnant.

14. CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES

1. Pour être déclaré le Gagnant, le participant dont le Bulletin de participation a été sélectionné lors du tirage pour le Prix devra respecter les conditions de participation et d’admissibilité prévues au présent règlement. À défaut de respecter l’une ou plusieurs de ces conditions, il sera automatiquement disqualifié et un autre tirage aura lieu afin de déterminer un nouveau Gagnant.

2. Cogeco avisera le Gagnant par téléphone et/ou par courriel. Dans l’éventualité où Cogeco n’arriverait pas à contacter toute personne sélectionnée lors de l’un ou de plusieurs des tirages pour quelque raison que ce soit dans les quarante-huit (48) heures suivant le tirage, l’Organisateur se réserve le droit de procéder à autant de nouveaux tirages nécessaires parmi les Bulletins de participation afin d’attribuer le Prix.

3. Afin de réclamer son Prix, le Gagnant devra remplir et signer un formulaire de déclaration et d’exonération de responsabilité (le « Formulaire ») qui lui sera transmis par courriel et/ou remis aux bureaux de la Station situé au 800 de la Gauchetière Ouest, bureau 1100 Cogeco Media, Montréal, Québec, H5A 1M1 À défaut de retourner le Formulaire signé par courriel ou de le remettre au bureau de la Station au plus tard le 13 mai 2026 à 16h00 (HAE), l’Organisateur se réserve le droit de procéder à un nouveau tirage afin d’attribuer le Prix.

4. Cogeco informera le Gagnant par courriel et/ou par la poste et/ou par téléphone et/ou par messagerie des détails relatifs à la transmission du Prix.

5. Dans l’éventualité où le Gagnant n’aurait pas réclamé le Prix au bureau de la Station au plus tard le 13 mai 2026 à 16h00 (HAE), l’Organisateur se réserve le droit de procéder à un nouveau tirage afin d’attribuer le Prix.

6. L’Organisateur, ses sociétés et divisions et toute autre personne morale de son groupe corporatif, télédistributeurs affiliés, agences de publicité ou de promotion et respectivement ses actionnaires, administrateurs, dirigeants, employés et agents, ainsi que tout autre intervenant relié au Concours (les « Bénéficiaires de décharge ») se dégagent de toute responsabilité se rattachant au Prix et au Concours et ne fournissent aucune garantie à l’égard de ceux-ci.

7. Avant, pendant et après le Concours, l’Organisateur n’assumera aucune responsabilité de quelque nature que ce soit dans tous les cas où son incapacité d’agir résulterait d’un fait ou d’une situation hors de son contrôle ou d’une grève, lock-out ou tout autre conflit de travail dans ses établissements ou dans les établissements des organismes ou entreprises dont les services sont utilisés pour la tenue du Concours ou de tout fait ou situation résultant du Gagnant ou de son accompagnateur.

8. Les Bénéficiaires de décharge n’assumeront aucune responsabilité pour des coordonnées incomplètes ou incompréhensibles de la part de participants au Concours. L’Organisateur se réserve le droit de rejeter tout Bulletin de participation incomplet, illisible, mutilé ou comportant une erreur humaine ou mécanique et de procéder au tirage d’un autre Bulletin de participation.

9. Les Bénéficiaires de décharge n’assumeront aucune responsabilité pour tout problème incluant, mais sans se limiter à : une défaillance technique des réseaux ou lignes téléphoniques, des systèmes informatiques en-ligne, des serveurs ou fournisseurs, équipement informatique, logiciels, ou tout autre problème résultant directement ou indirectement d’un virus, d’un ver informatique, d’un bogue ou d’un échec lors de l’envoi de courriels à Cogeco pour toute raison, incluant, mais sans se limiter à, un engorgement sur le réseau Internet ou dans un Site Internet ou une combinaison des deux. Cogeco et les autres Bénéficiaires de décharge ne sauraient être tenus responsables de tout dommage qui pourrait toucher le matériel informatique des personnes participantes suite à leur inscription au Concours. Les Bénéficiaires de décharge ne sauraient être tenus responsables de tout dommage ou problème qui pourrait être causé par une interruption du signal ou par une défaillance technique quant à la diffusion et/ou réception du signal de la Station. Cogeco et les autres Bénéficiaires de décharge n’assumeront aucune responsabilité quant à tout autre problème qui pourrait nuire à la bonne marche du Concours conformément aux règles établies aux présentes, incluant, mais sans restreindre la généralité de ce qui précède, l’annulation ou le report des promotions en ondes dudit Concours.

10. Les Bénéficiaires de décharge n'assumeront aucune responsabilité pour toute perte, retard de livraison, erreur d'adresse dans la transmission du Prix ou l’incapacité du Gagnant à prendre possession du Prix.

11. Les Bénéficiaires de décharge n'assumeront aucune responsabilité le Gagnant n'a pas pris connaissance, dans les temps requis, de toute correspondance envoyée pour lui communiquer les détails concernant la prise de possession du Prix. Il est de la responsabilité du Gagnant de vérifier s'il a reçu une communication de la part de l’Organisateur et de prendre possession du Prix dans les délais requis.

12. Toute tentative visant à endommager intentionnellement un site Web ou à nuire au déroulement légitime du Concours de quelque façon que ce soit (tel que déterminé par l’Organisateur, à son gré exclusif et absolu) constitue une infraction aux lois pénales et civiles. Dans un tel cas, l’Organisateur se réserve le droit d’intenter un recours en dommages-intérêts dans les limites permises par la loi. L’Organisateur, se réserve le droit d’annuler ou d’interrompre le Concours ou d’en modifier le règlement, advenant tout accident ou toute erreur d’impression ou d’administration, ou autre erreur de toute sorte, sans préavis ni obligation. Sans limiter la généralité de ce qui précède, l’Organisateur se réserve le droit, à son gré, d’administrer un autre test de compétence qu’il juge approprié en fonction des circonstances ou pour se conformer aux lois applicables.

13. Le nom de tout Gagnant du Concours sera disponible du 20 avril 2026 au 23 avril 2026, du lundi au vendredi entre 9h00 et 16h00 aux bureaux de la Station au 800 de la Gauchetière Ouest, bureau 1100 Cogeco Media, Montréal, Québec, H5A 1M1.

Dans le cas de divergence ou de conflit entre les clauses de la version anglaise du présent règlement et des divulgations ou autres énoncés contenus dans tout matériel relié au Concours, y compris, sans restriction : le Bulletin de participation, le site Web, la version française du présent règlement, ou la publicité de point de vente, de télévision, de presse écrite ou en ligne, les clauses du règlement en langue française prévaudront et l’emporteront dans toute la mesure permise par les lois applicables.
