The sound cuts when my device is on standby. What should I do?

Your device has a power saving mode that extends battery life. When it is enabled, it can limit the functionality of certain applications when they are running in the background or when the device is in idle mode. You can change this behavior by turning off power saving mode on your phone in the following locations:

  • iOS

    Power saving management varies between devices, but it is usually available under Settings > Battery.

  • Android

    The power saving mode setting location vary between devices, but is usually available under Settings > Device Maintenance > Battery.

Streaming will resume following the advertisement message.
