About Essentrics Fitness:
Created over 25 years ago in Montreal, Essentrics is a global, music-driven fitness program designed for all ages and fitness levels.
This dynamic, equipment-free workout blends the flowing movements of tai chi, the therapeutic principles of physiotherapy, and the strengthening extensions of ballet to simultaneously stretch and strengthen the entire body. By engaging every muscle and joint, it effectively improves posture, flexibility, and range of motion while relieving chronic pain and stiffness in the back, knees, hips, and shoulders.
Trusted by everyday fitness enthusiasts as well as elite professional athletes and Olympians, Essentrics also supports healthy aging, longevity, and hormonal balance during perimenopause and menopause.
Today, the technique is globally accessible through their streaming platform, Essentrics TV, which features over 400 workouts and specialized health challenges.
