Lady Gaga jumps into an ice bath to help her body recover after a show.

The Bad Romance singer always put on a high-energy performance during her concerts so she ensures her body recovers from the show by hopping into an ice bath, which helps ease sore and aching muscles and reduce any swelling, before going into a warm bath, which helps tight muscles relax, and using a compression suit to further reduce swelling.

Lady Gaga shared her post-performance routine with fans on Instagram on Thursday after her Enigma gig at Park MGM in Las Vegas.

"Post-show routine: ice bath for 5-10 min, hot bath for 20, then compression suit packed with ice packs for 20. #rocknroll #enigma #gaga #gagavegas #vegas," she wrote in the caption of the slideshow.

The first picture showed the pink-haired star gritting her teeth for the camera as she laid in water filled with ice cubes, the next depicted her closing her eyes and protecting her modesty while sitting naked in the metal bathtub, and the third image showed her wearing the large hi-tech suit as she lays out with an eye mask on.

Earlier that day, the 33-year-old, who suffers from chronic pain condition fibromyalgia, had also given fans an insight into her pre-show routine.

She posted a picture showing her emerging from a swimming pool wearing a pink swimsuit and matching goggles and shared that she does a "hard workout" followed by some laps. Gaga also posted footage of her warming up her muscles while dressed in her show costume backstage.

Her post-show relaxation routine would have come in handy following Thursday night's show, during which she fell off the stage with a fan who had picked her up.
