Kylie Jenner has added two new non-medical face masks to her Kylie Skin brand.
Representatives for the reality TV star's skincare company announced the news over the weekend, and revealed that the washable Kylie Fabric Face Masks come in two unique designs - a black mask with the Kylie logo etched across it and a pink mask with red lips.
U.S. government officials have advised that cloth face coverings should be worn in public to stop the spread of the Covid-19 virus, which has so far infected more than eight million people around the world.
In a post on Instagram, which showed the face masks being worn by models in front of a pink background, a Kylie Skin rep stated that the non-medical coverings were "comfortable, washable and reusable," and also featured replaceable filters.
"Kylie fabric face masks are available now! these cute, washable, reusable, and double-layer masks come in two designs and have an added slit for replaceable filters! shop now on kylieskin.com," the caption read.
Priced at $14 (£11) each, all of the masks feature ear loops and are double-layered.
However, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians personality has received a mixed response from fans after announcing the launch of her branded face coverings, and was accused of trying to profit from a global pandemic.
"Are you giving these away? There are people out there who can barely afford to keep their lights on. Donations of protective materials like this would probably go a long way," one follower commented, while another fired: "Instead of profiting off of a pandemic... just open ur purse (sic)."
