Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is adding to her beauty offerings with a clean cosmetics line in partnership with Amyris Inc.

The venture sees the emergence of new brand Clean Beauty Collaborative under the model's digital beauty platform Rose Inc., and will hit shelves in the springtime.

"I am passionate about responsible beauty products that are healthy for people and the planet," Rosie shared in a statement. "Working with Pipette (Amyris' baby and mother care brand) this past year, I have been thoroughly impressed with Amyris' technology and its leadership in creating sustainable, non-toxic and trustworthy products."

Rosie shares three-year-old son Jack with fiancé Jason Statham.

The English beauty will be Clean Beauty Collaborative's chief creative officer, with Amyris' Caroline Hadfield, who runs the biotechnology company's clean skincare sector, serving as chief executive officer.

John Melo, president and chief executive officer of Amyris, shared his enthusiasm for the new business enterprise.

"The formation of Clean Beauty Collaborative demonstrates Amyris' strong commitment to continuous innovation of the clean beauty category," he said. "We are very pleased to be partnering with Rosie on this new venture. Rosie and Amyris share a clear vision and commitment to making the Beauty industry better through great performing products that are produced sustainably without harm to our planet."

Rosie's previous ventures in the beauty market include a lipstick with Hourglass Cosmetics, a make-up range with British high street retailer Marks & Spencer, and teaming up with bareMinerals on a charity initiative.
