Actor Jesse Williams has refuted his estranged wife's allegations about his temper, insisting she is the one displaying aggressive behavior in front of their children.

The Grey's Anatomy star has been locked in a bitter custody battle with Aryn Drake-Lee ever since he filed papers to end their five-year marriage in April (17).

Earlier this month (Aug17), Jesse's ex launched a bid for sole custody of their daughter Sadie and son Maceo, claiming Williams flew into a violent rage in July (17) and threatened his neighbor's life in an argument over a traffic incident, all while their kids were seated in the back of the car.

Aryn also accused Jesse of exposing their children to a "revolving door" of women as she sought to ban him from introducing any new lovers to Sadie and Maceo, unless they have been dating for six months or more.

A representative for Williams recently blasted Aryn for her "one-sided account" of the legal battle, and now the actor has fired back with a series of his own allegations.

In his new filing, obtained by TMZ.com, Jesse insists Aryn is the one constantly screaming and shouting at him in front of their young ones, while she is reported to have once repeatedly slammed the front door on the TV hunk's leg during a nasty fight.

Jesse also claims Aryn's sole custody grab is an attempt to punish him for working to provide for their family, which has granted her the "incredible privilege of being a stay-at-home mom with a full-time nanny".

The star believes she has also purposefully ignored his FaceTime calls to connect with their children, and when he does get to speak to them, she leaves the TV on as a distraction.

Williams, who has been romantically linked to actress Minka Kelly, is seeking joint physical and legal custody.

Lawyers for Aryn have yet to respond to the filing.
