Ricky Martin swears ice cubes are the secret to glowing skin.
The singer has opened up about his daily skincare and wellness routine in a new tutorial for Vogue.com, and divulged several of his go-to products.
But before Ricky even starts using any of his favourite formulas, he mists his face with rose water and then swipes an ice cube over his forehead, cheeks, and under-eye area.
“Rose water. Spray it all over. It’s really good, and I’ll tell you why. It sets the atmosphere – give it try!” he shared. “My next very important step, believe it or not, is ice. Ice is my best friend. It stimulates circulation, circulation is oxygen… look, I have rosy cheeks now!”
Ricky also uses the Kumiko Hydration Facial Cleanser and Kumiko Matcha Perfectly Radiant Boost to cleanse and hydrate his complexion, and opts for Aesop Rind Concentrate Body Balm on the rest of his body.
“It’s important to be balanced about everything because you don’t want to have a great face but wrinkly arms and chest,” the star insisted. “It’s not what you want!”
Elsewhere in the clip, Ricky raved about the Kumiko Matcha Intense Recovery serum, which he described as “magic in a bottle”.
