The Met Gala 2026 Has Officially Been Announced

We finally know the theme for the 2026 Met Gala!

The 78th edition will take place in New York City on the first Monday of May, this year on May 4, and the theme is “Costume Art.”

According to the announcement shared on Instagram, the theme aims to celebrate fashion as an art form.

As for this year’s co-chairs, they haven’t been revealed yet, but more details should be coming in the next few weeks.
