Do you have a preferred sleeping position or do you mix it up? When sleeping with your partner, do you have specific habits? Most people will say YES... But what does it all mean?

Here is the significance of each sleeping position, according to Reader's Digest.

CURLED UP

About twice as many WOMEN sleep curled up as MEN. Most people say it offers them an added sense of security. According to sleep researchers, curled-up sleepers may be sensitive, yet display a rough exterior; similarly, they can appear shy, only to open up with time.

Face-down sleeping is favoured by people aged 45 to 54 and heavy drinkers. It may also indicate that you have a brash attitude and dislike being criticized.
