Montreal-area drivers, keep your eyes open for major road closures this weekend. Several sectors are affected, especially around the Samuel-de-Champlain Bridge.
TURCOT
All on-and-off ramps from highways 15 and 20, South of Turcot, will be closed. The de la Vérendrye entrance and exit will also be closed. The 15-N will be closed between Exit 58 (10-W) and Turcot.
ABOVE CLOSURES: 11:59pm Friday to 5am Monday
NUN’S ISLAND
The 15-N will be closed between Exit 58 (10-W) and Turcot. The 10-E will be closed from Exit 2 (Port of Montreal/Pierre-Dupuy Avenue). The 15-S will be closed between Turcot and the 134 (Taschereau).
ABOVE CLOSURES: 11:59pm Friday to 5am Monday
The Nun’s Island Bridge will be open to local traffic only. The 15-N will be reduced to two lanes over the Samuel-de-Champlain Bridge.
The Atwater entrance to 15-N is closed until the end of November.
SAMUEL-DE-CHAMPLAIN BRIDGE
The 10-E will be closed from Turcot to the 134 (Taschereau). Exit 6 to Longueil/La Prairie/New York will also be closed.
ABOVE CLOSURES: 11:59pm Friday to 5am Monday
The 15-N will be reduced to two lanes over the Samuel-de-Champlain Bridge.
RUE SAINT-JACQUES
Saint-Jacques will be completely closed between De Courcelle and Décarie from 10pm Friday to 5am Monday.
SAINT-PATRICK
Westbound Saint-Patrick Street will be closed where it passes under the 15/20, between de l’Église and Cabot from 10pm Friday to 5am Monday. The Lachine Canal bike path will also be moved to the North side.
