With the weather getting nicer go out and take a nice walk. With technology facetime and other creative ways are available to see our loved ones but why surprise them with a hand written letter that they will receive by mail. Since our everyday routine is not the same make sure to do some exercise for daily or at least 3 times a week to keep physical activity in your routine.
