Montreal-North is the latest borough to be hit hard by COVID-19. With over 11 hundred cases, it has the highest per-capita rate in the city. So, among many new measures, the borough will increase screening sites and boost safety measures like handing out disposable masks, and setting up “health corridors” to make physical distancing easier.
