As Quebec slowly begins reopening businesses across the province, many companies are finding various ways to attract customers during the Covid-19 crisis. In the case of La Ronde, the amusement park is currently selling a season pass at a price lower than a regular ticket.
Although the International des Feux Loto-Québec fireworks festival has been canceled, the amusement park is indeed set to open later this summer.
Along with a heavy price cut, the promotion also offers other perks such as a free reusable water bottle; an upgrade to Gold member status, and unlimited visits to all Six Flags parks. The season pass also includes admission to Fright Fest (which engulfs the amusement park for the entire month of October) and free entrances for friends on specific dates.
This is good news for fans of the amusement park since Montreal’s leading destination for thrills and family entertainment will introduce the country's first-ever free-fly coaster this year. Named Vipère, the new ride promises to take coaster riding to the next level with vertical free-falls and gravity-defying somersaults.
