June 30th 60 young people went to a couple of house parties on the south shore, made a stop at the Mile Public House pub; now more than 20 of them have tested positive for COVID-19 and Quebec's health minister is threatening to shut down the bars and nightclubs .

Some of the new guidelines will be put into place but details are set to be announced by Thursday. The Quebec Government did announce they’ll be increasing police presence and we can expect more details about how customers and venues not respecting the rules can and will be fined.

And they aren’t messing around – they say they will shut down any gathering spots not respecting the rules and that includes beaches and pools.
