Montreal is now home to world's biggest rooftop greenhouse!

Big enough to be called a farm, it is three football fields big and you can find it on the roof of an old Sears warehouse in Saint-Laurent.

It’s run by Lufa Farms, this is there 4th and biggest project so far and it can grow enough food to feed over 10,000 families a year.

Overall, Lufa grows 25,000 pounds of tomatoes per week for homes across Montreal and Quebec City. Lufa says it’s feeding 2 per cent of Montreal’s population
