Did you know, bad sleep can cause weight gain?

Yet another study has proven bad sleep can cause weight gain and sets you up for all sorts of health problems.

This time a 2-year study used smartphone sleep tracking tech to find heavier people had slightly shorter sleep durations and their sleep patterns were more varied and we’re talking about a difference of about 15 minutes' worth of sleep.

Remember, when you’re sleepy your hunger hormones go out of whack making you hungry -  you want to balance it So seven to 10 hours a night, stick to a regular bedtime and get up the same time every day, even on weekends.
