From a young age, 27-year-old German DJ and producer Topic has been hard at work making a name for himself as a standout in the dance world. After quickly gaining traction on various platforms with his melancholic dance music, Topic broke into the scene with his 2014 hit “Light It Up,” which charted almost instantly and labelled him a rising star. Now he’s back with a new collaboration alongside enigmatic Swedish producer A7S called, ‘Breaking Me,’ a massive hit that has been steadily rising on the Canadian music charts. With the release of his song, Topic sat down with Jeremy White for an exclusive interview reflecting on the past year and what he has planned for the near future.
