According to a new study, your brain reaches its cognitive peak and is at its most powerful at the age of 35.

The 130-year-old study used chess games to see if and how our brains improve with age. They found cognitive performance increases sharply up to age 20, it peaks at 35, then it declines gradually from the age of 45 onwards.
