2020 has been a bad year for most businesses and with Christmas fast approaching, it seems Montreal retailers have started to brainstorm ways to boost Holiday sales.
Rob Lurie of CTV News reported yesterday that some stores plan on expanding Black Friday deals for an entire month while others might choose a different day with deeper discounts in order to decrease the number of people shopping in one particular area on the same day.
Meanwhile, local retailers say they are also upping their eCommerce sales and adding multiple online deals to help those who would prefer to shop from home.
Whatever happens, we can expect different stores to adopt different policies and do whatever they can to entice people to shop locally.
