If you’re feeling guilty about the kids getting a little extra screen time lately – don’t – new research says “some” of that screen time is actually good.  ...

Most pediatricians recommend zero screen time for children under two, but some new research is now saying SOME screen time can be good.

The big exception for toddlers is family video chats – it turns out screen time playing with Grandma can be great for a toddler's development.

For kids with autism, screen time can help them develop social skills, even alleviate anxiety; and for teens playing video games - Parents still need to monitor, BUT, they can be tools for social and emotional learning — even help build empathy.
