Jennifer Lopez will ring in 2021 by launching her new beauty line.
The pop superstar casually revealed that she was set to launch JLo Beauty by sharing a sun-kissed selfie back in August with the caption, "Sunset glow... #JLoBeauty coming soon."
And on Sunday night, she finally announced that JLo Beauty will launch on 1 January 2021, although fans can sign up for early access on 8 December.
"JLO BEAUTY DROPS 1/1/21. Get early access 12/8. #linkinbio to sign-up... Are you ready for THAT glow?" she wrote on Instagram alongside video footage of the JLo Beauty logo appearing out of a pool of gold.
She also shared a campaign video in which she stars, along with the caption, "This isn't just a passion project, it's a 30-year dream. I can't wait to share my skincare secrets with you!! JLO BEAUTY DROPS 1/1/21."
Jennifer has not yet divulged what products will be in her line, but she filed the JLo Beauty trademark in December for cosmetics and skincare, including "moisturisers, cleansers, soaps, gels, lotions, serums, masks, and both face and body creams," according to New York Post's Page Six.
The 51-year-old is no stranger to the beauty market. She has launched around 30 fragrances, beginning with Glow in 2002, and once teamed up with Inglot on a make-up collaboration.
And she told Refinery29 in 2018 that she was working on a skincare line.
"I will be coming out with a skincare line. I've been working on it for a long time, because I don't want to put (just) anything out," she shared. "I want it to be something that encompasses all the things I've learned and all the secrets I have. And it doesn't have anything to do with needles."
